We certainly do. We like to make it worthwhile for frequent travellers and business people to use our properties as a base to do what they need to get done. Your loyalty is rewarded.

When booking with us directly, you can pay using EFT (within SA) or by credit card.

Cancellations 30–7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount.

Cancellation on the day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form (email or fax)

All units are cleaned before arrival and on departure. To respect your space and privacy, units are cleaned during your stay, on request.

Most of our accommodation options are self-catering, however some options, such as the Legend Luxury Suites and Endcliff View Studio, are not. For the non-catering units, guests can enjoy meals in the onsite (Legend) or nearby (Endcliff Views) restaurants. Non-catering units do have a tea/coffee station, and a bar fridge.

We will gladly stock the bar fridge for you before your arrival, on request, the cost of which will be added to your account.

An airport shuttle can be arranged for you on request, at competitive rates.

Chauffeur drive packages are available on request.

Yes. A tax invoice is emailed to you prior to payment when you book with us directly or through our booking portal, Nightsbridge. All prices quotes include VAT. When booking online through a third-party booking system, you may or may not receive an invoice, depending on their booking system.

Yes, all prices reflected on our booking portal or supplied by our booking office include 15% VAT.
